Charity Status under IRC 501(c)(3)

Our club is incorporated in New York State pursuant to the State’s not-for-profit corporation law.  We are officially recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax-exempt public charity.  This status may allow you to deduct certain donations to us from your taxable income.  We encourage you to consult a tax professional about this issue and provide them a copy of our 501(c)(3) letter which can be found here: IRS Approval Letter (will open in another window)

Additionally, our club is exempt from New York State Sales Tax for services and goods we receive and for goods we sell.  Our New York State Department of Taxation and Finance Form ST-119 can be found here: NYS ST-119 (will open in another window)
